About the Role
As a Manager in Performance Transformation, you will be responsible for developing enterprise-wide strategic plans, designing cost take-out programs, conducting operational diagnostics, leading transformation initiatives, evaluating MGA performance, and contributing to business development in the insurance sector.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of five years external consulting experience in a client-facing strategy discipline at a Big 4 firm, major strategy firm, or a boutique strategy firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university.
- Experience in M&A Operations for a private equity or Fortune 100 firm.
