About the Role

As a Manager, Pricing and Business Development, you will lead pricing strategies for key pharmaceutical distribution deals, conduct financial analyses, and engage with sales teams to optimize profitability. Your responsibilities will include designing pricing models, managing opportunity pipelines, and interfacing with senior management on profitability analysis.

About You

Required:

4-year degree in finance or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of financial or accounting experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and using Microsoft Excel for ad-hoc analysis.

Preferred:

7+ years of business experience in Financial Analysis, Pricing, and/or Sales Support, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with SQL, SAP COPA, and PowerBI.
Knowledge of McKesson's operations and selling strategies.
