About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, engineering, nursing, or applicable educational field.
- 8+ years progressively responsible experience in technical education, with a demonstrated record of designing and administering field-based education programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set goals and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40%.
- Master’s Degree.
- Experience managing people and/or leading teams.
