About the Role

As the Manager of Project Management, you will lead the execution of governance routines, support annual OKR development, manage the OKR collection process, and assist in prioritizing new business initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leaders and maintain the PMO playbook, ensuring high-quality reporting and strategic alignment across the Small Business Bank.

About You

Required:

At least 4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff support roles.
At least 1 year of experience managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) or similar performance-tracking methodologies.

Preferred:

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Strong problem solving skills.
3+ years of experience with Intake and Prioritization frameworks.
3+ years of experience working in an ambiguous environment.
Certification in Project Management (CAPM/PMP) or specialized training in OKR coaching.
