About the Role
As a Manager, Provider Relations - H&V, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a database of referring physicians, facilitating communication between community and Emory physicians, and developing marketing and sales plans to target referring MDs. You will work closely with the operations team to identify barriers to growth and lead strategic initiatives to enhance referral integration. Your duties will include developing data-driven sales plans, tracking activities using a PRM tool, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, healthcare, or related fields.
- 7 years minimum experience with at least 5 years in a management position.
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, physician alignment models, and strategic partnerships.
- Leadership experience.
