- BS or BA from an accredited university.
- 6+ years of experience in government at the state level or working on public policy issues for corporate clients.
- Deep understanding of government relations and effective lobbying strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking and polished written and oral advocacy skills.
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
- Government and in-house experience.
- Direct policy experience in employment/labor law.
- Significant state-level experience in New York.
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly the on-demand economy.
