About the Role
As a Manager in Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion, you will act as a strategic partner across cross-functional teams, providing regulatory guidance on commercial communications and promotional materials. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving promotional materials, managing external contractors, training teams on submission requirements, and representing the RA Ad/Promo group in various meetings. You will also maintain awareness of FDA regulations and contribute to process improvements.
About You
Required:
- PharmD/PhD with relevant experience, or MA/MS/MBA with 4+ years of relevant experience, or BA/BS with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 1+ years of experience in regulatory review of promotions for prescription drugs or biologic products.
Preferred:
- Experience leading development and execution of regulatory submissions of promotional materials for prescription drugs or biologic products.
- Experience working with external operational contractors supporting regulatory affairs.
