Health Care Originals® is seeking a Manager, Respiratory Clinical Services and Operations to join their team in Rochester, NY. The role involves overseeing clinical quality, program development, and operational excellence in respiratory care for patients with asthma and COPD.
About the Role
As the Manager of Clinical Services & Operations, you will lead clinical program development, manage respiratory therapists and health coaches, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. You will oversee operational processes, monitor clinical outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and scale programs effectively.
About You
Required:
- RRT or CRT certification strongly preferred; other clinical backgrounds considered with deep respiratory experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience in clinical operations, respiratory care management, or population health.
- Experience managing care teams and clinical operations.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Medicaid populations or other underserved communities.
- Strong analytical and process-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
