About the Role
As the Manager, Retention & Engagement for HOKA North America, you will lead the CRM team in delivering personalized experiences through email, SMS, and digital wallet touchpoints. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day performance of marketing programs, collaborating with various teams to translate business objectives into CRM plans, and analyzing channel effectiveness to optimize strategies for customer engagement and retention.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in relationship, digital, or email marketing.
Preferred:
3+ years management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Familiarity with email service providers and digital technologies such as Cordial and Attentive.
Experience with Google Analytics and Tableau.
