About the Role

As a Manager, RN, you will maintain a visible presence on the unit, collaborate with staff and physicians, and supervise nursing and ancillary personnel. Your responsibilities include building a high-performing clinical team, setting goals for patient safety and quality of care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also manage staffing needs, oversee patient care activities, and address operational issues to optimize patient outcomes.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.

Preferred:

Master's Degree.
Five years' technical experience.
One year's leadership experience.
Two years' experience of acute care nursing in a hospital setting.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
National specialty certification in area of expertise or in nursing administration.
