Komatsu is seeking a Manager, Sales and Commercial to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves promoting, selling, and providing commercial support for products in the Surface Drilling Business Unit to maximize revenue and market share.
About the Role
As the Sales and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for expanding market share, building long-term customer relationships, and identifying new markets and customers, particularly in the Latin American region. You will also handle quoting, contract approvals, and sales forecasting, while maintaining opportunities in Salesforce and ensuring compliance with negotiated terms.
About You
Required:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
10+ years of sales and commercial experience in a related industry (Mining, Construction, Contracts, Distribution, etc.).
Strong customer service focus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree.
Strong organizational skills and ability to lead meetings.
Systems knowledge in Salesforce or SAP.
Knowledge of Komatsu products and the mining and construction industry.
