Komatsu is seeking a Manager, Service Excellence to join their team in Warrendale, PA. The role involves leading the development and implementation of global service standards and best practices to ensure consistent, customer-focused service delivery across all regions.
About the Role
As a Manager, Service Excellence, you will be responsible for collaborating with regional and global teams to enhance Komatsu's service offerings through competitive benchmarking and customer feedback-driven improvement programs. Your daily tasks will include defining and implementing best service practices, monitoring key performance indicators related to customer service, and analyzing competitor service offerings to drive modernization.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
10 years’ experience in mining equipment, machine design/application, or field experience.
Preferred:
Advanced degree(s) in Engineering or business with strong customer exposure.
Experience in managing service in a mining/heavy equipment and working with dealerships.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Design for Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Certifications or demonstrated project management experience.
