Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow Business Process Consultant & Product Owner to join their Digital Nexus technology organization in San Antonio, TX. The role involves leading enhancement and defect management efforts for the ServiceNow platform.
About the Role
As a Manager, ServiceNow Business Process Consultant & Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing enhancement requests, translating operational requirements into user stories, facilitating sprint planning, and acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams. You will also identify workflow improvement opportunities and contribute to operational standards to enhance platform governance.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent practical experience developing and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and enhancing a range of ServiceNow products/modules.
