About the Role

As the Manager, Staffing and Development, you will lead the project staffing process for both billable and non-billable projects, ensuring alignment with case needs and development goals. You will collaborate with staffing teams and case managers to manage a dynamic project pipeline, address staffing challenges, and implement improvements in staffing processes. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and maintain communication regarding staffing decisions.

About You

Required:

8+ years of relevant experience in professional services, legal, or staffing.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred:

Experience in resource management and team development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong business relationships.
