About the Role
As the Manager, Strategic Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives, participate in customer meetings, attract and retain top talent, and help shape sales processes and initiatives. You will establish strategies for growth in the Enterprise products segment and work closely with various teams including Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
About You
Required:- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- Exceptional coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Excitement for increasing customer happiness and developing lasting relationships.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
