Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Manager, Strategy/M&A Execution to join their Advisory practice in New York, NY. The role involves leading engagements related to M&A integration and separation services.
About the Role
As a Manager in M&A Services, you will lead engagements and work streams focused on the creation and implementation of integration and separation services. You will manage cross-functional project teams, drive the development and presentation of project deliverables, and ensure the quality of engagements while developing staff.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of five years experience in developing and implementing M&A integration and separation services within a consulting advisory.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college; MBA preferred.
- Experience managing multiple complex initiatives within the complete M&A life cycle.
- Excellent foundational consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, strong executive presence, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Additional experience in corporate strategy or development.
- Industry deal experience as part of a corporate development team with operational exposure across primary corporate functions (e.g. HR, IT, Finance, Legal).
