About the Role
As the Manager of Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and scalability, enabling data-driven decision-making through analytics, and leading strategic planning and initiatives. You will manage a small team and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance service offerings.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting or business operations at a technology company.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with B2B product or service operations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Salesforce.
