About the Role
As a Manager, Strategy and Operations, you will partner with AIA and CMO leaders to support business performance and financial management. You will develop comprehensive engagement and communication plans, lead special projects for efficiency, and embed new initiatives into the organization. Your role will require collaboration across various teams to ensure alignment and continuous engagement for all AIA colleagues.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS Required
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence without direct authority
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and making complex decisions quickly
- Experience leading in a matrixed environment
- Proven track record of delivering business performance
- Drive for optimization and customer excellence
- Excellence in driving highly collaborative and productive cross-functional relationships
- Demonstrated agility and ability to drive program completion in expedited timeline
- Strong communication skills, including presentations, PowerPoint/written, and meeting facilitation
Preferred:
- Track record of strong project management, networking, and stakeholder management
- Proven experience developing and implementing organizational imperatives through organic influence and followership
