About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in corporate strategy, investment banking, or strategy/operations consulting
- Experience in communicating with and presenting to senior leaders
- Experience collaborating and influencing others in a cross-functional team environment
- MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or other quantitative fields
- 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or investment banking, or 7 years in corporate strategy
- Critical thinking and ability to understand strategic business drivers
- Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute on multiple major strategic projects simultaneously
- Advanced data analysis skills with experience building financial/economic/analytical models
- Advanced presentation skills with experience crafting executive-ready material
- Experience working in highly collaborative environments
- Experience leading large cross-functional and data-driven projects
