The Campbell's Company is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Accounting to join their team in Camden, NJ. The role involves leading accounting and people management responsibilities to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
About the Role
As a Manager, Supply Chain Accounting, you will manage accounting for supply chain operations, review journal entries and account reconciliations, analyze contractual agreements, assist with the implementation of new accounting standards, support audits, lead continuous improvement initiatives, supervise a team, and monitor team performance. You will collaborate with various finance teams and auditors to ensure financial accuracy and support strategic initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification.
- Public accounting experience.
- 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Relevant industry experience.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Blackline.
- Experience with Alteryx or other digital transformation tools.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours to meet business demands.
