AlphaSense is seeking a Manager, Systems Strategy to join their team in Chicago, IL. The role involves owning the operational infrastructure behind the Expert Insights team and leading systems strategy to improve business efficiency.

About the Role

As the Manager, Systems Strategy, you will evaluate and manage the vendor tool stack, drive initiatives for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness, and partner with various departments to identify smarter tools and automate processes. You will also manage a team of two Associates and serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams regarding systems and tooling.

About You

Required:

4+ years of experience in business operations, internal strategy, or enablement roles.
Experience leading teams or large cross-functional initiatives.
Track record of partnering with Product, Engineering, IT, and Legal to design and implement tools and processes.
Experience managing budgets, optimizing vendor costs, and negotiating contracts.
Strong communication skills with change management experience.

Preferred:

Experience with Data/BI Tools (Excel, Tableau, Snowflake) and No-Code Tools (Zapier, Make).
Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
Leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Benefits

Total cash compensation range of $135,700 - $174,000 (Base: $115,000 - $145,000 + 18% - 20% Bonus).
