About the Role
As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Operations, you will provide recruitment leadership, manage requisitions, and ensure compliance with employment laws. You will develop comprehensive Human Capital Response Plans, oversee the pre-employment process, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. Your responsibilities will also include assessing future talent needs and managing recruiting metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5-7+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
Preferred:
- Prior staff management experience strongly preferred.
- Healthcare industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Marketing and Sales experience a plus.
