About You
- Bachelor Degree in Sensory Science, Psychology, Statistics, Food Engineering/Science, Marketing, or UX.
- Minimum 8 years of Insights experience.
- At least 2 years of sensory science experience.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Agile and outcome-driven mindset focused on translating insights into business outcomes.
- Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative sensory and consumer user research.
- Ability to connect research findings across methodologies for strategic impact.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional influence and storytelling.
