Summary
GSFSGroup is seeking a Manager, Training & Development - Automotive F&I to join their team in Greater Houston. The role involves delivering classroom curriculum and providing in-store retail development for GSFSGroup.
About the Role
As a Manager, Training & Development, you will be responsible for increasing product count through training and development activities, ensuring material content consistency, managing expenses related to travel, and conducting needs assessments. You will also support training curriculum design and revision, maintain dealer and car buyer satisfaction, and demonstrate professional communication skills.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
- 10+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive in-dealership F&I background.
Preferred:
- Ability to produce neat, organized, and effective documentation.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
