About the Role
As a Manager, West Market Development, you will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with major donors and prospects, managing fundraising operations, and supporting signature events. You will oversee donor tracking, database management, and event logistics, while collaborating with the West Market team to drive revenue and engagement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in non-profit fundraising or donor relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with fundraising databases, particularly Raisers Edge.
Preferred:
- Experience identifying and engaging prospective donors.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking related to fundraising.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
