KPMG US is seeking a Manager, Workday Supply Chain Management to join their Managed Services practice in Montvale, NJ. The role involves managing onshore/offshore teams to provide support for Workday managed services engagements and ensuring client satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Manager, Workday Supply Chain Management, you will lead a team that provides level 2/3 support for various post-production clients. Your responsibilities include managing client escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, and mentoring Workday Supply Chain consultants. You will also be involved in resource management and identifying optimization opportunities for clients.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting in Workday Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum two years of experience in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Required Workday certification/skills in at least three of the following: Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Contracts, Accounts Payable/Supplier Accounts, and Advanced Reporting.
- Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university.
- Experience in process reengineering and business performance management enhancements.
