About You
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Paralegal certification required or ability to obtain one within six months of starting role.
- Minimum of 6 to 10+ years of paralegal experience, including 3 or more years in management or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multi-office legal support teams and developing operational systems.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including financial and utilization analysis.
- Experience in developing career ladders and compensation analysis.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with all levels of attorneys and staff.
- Deep understanding of legal technology, workflow automation, and innovation tools.
