About the Role

As the Managing Director, Client Services, you will oversee a team of Senior Directors and Associates, ensuring all client service requirements are met. You will manage a portfolio of transfer agent clients, focusing on responsiveness and client retention. Your responsibilities include leading department meetings, reviewing client onboarding contracts, identifying new products for clients, and ensuring timely billing and revenue management for your team.

About You

Required:

Minimum 10 years’ financial services experience, preferably in the transfer agent, corporate trust, brokerage, or related industry.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Preferred:

Experience in managing client relationships and escalated interactions.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings.
