About the Role
As a Managing Director, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, leading a team of specialty lines professionals, coordinating consulting services, and managing client relationships. You will oversee negotiations with underwriters, ensure client needs are met, and develop new business opportunities in the accounting and consulting sectors. Frequent international travel is required.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; Actuarial or CFA designations will be considered.
- Minimum 15 years of specialty insurance experience.
Preferred:
- MBA or other graduate degree.
- Experience in insurance and reinsurance broking, underwriting, actuarial, or commercial insurance/reinsurance.
