About You
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or business field required.
- Ten years’ experience providing senior leadership within complex technology or digital/product organizations.
- Five (5) + years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
- Master's or advanced degree desirable.
- Experience in business development within a professional services firm.
- Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques (Scrum, JIRA, confluence).
