About the Role
As the Managing Director, you will serve as the senior commercial leader responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships with global hyperscalers. You will lead negotiations for new lease transactions, develop customized proposals, and partner with internal teams to align leasing structures with financial and operational goals. This role requires strategic thinking, disciplined deal execution, and relationship leadership to deliver enterprise-level value across Ada's global portfolio.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, data centers, or technology infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of executing large-scale leasing transactions and delivering major development projects.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to evaluate deal economics and project feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership style with success in influencing cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to close complex transactions and deliver on commitments.
