About the Role
As a Mandatory Learning Curriculum Senior Associate, you will work directly with the Learning Design Lead and other team members to identify critical knowledge and skills for client training objectives, review vendor contracts, recommend curriculum changes, and develop engaging learning activities. You will also manage curriculum updates, ensure compliance with standards, and demonstrate strong project management practices while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in learning and development, including needs analysis and instructional design.
Preferred:
- Experience in a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) continuing professional education (CPE) requirements and standards.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance efficiencies.
