About the Role
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment or relevant trade school certification.
- 1+ years of hand tools experience (i.e., Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches).
- 1+ years working with test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system.
- Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license.
- Prior telecom (fiber optics) experience.
- CFOT certification or equivalent experience.
- Airman or Avionic certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fast-paced production environment with flight hardware.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
- 1+ years able to read, interpret and work from engineering documentation and/or drawings.
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements.
- 1+ years of Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
