About the Role
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will assist in various production tasks including loading and unloading materials, monitoring equipment, applying labels, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role provides an excellent introduction to regulated manufacturing environments (GMP) and offers growth opportunities into machine operator, technician, or quality control roles.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred, not required).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in production, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with GMP standards or other regulated environments.
