About the Role
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for executing the mission and strategy for Beam's internal cGMP Manufacturing. Your daily tasks will include ensuring safety and compliance, leading resources to meet quality standards, supporting multiple areas of GMP production, and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. You will also contribute to the development of manufacturing documents and assist in manufacturing deviation investigations.
About You
Required:
- BS in Life Sciences or Engineering with 0-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a cGMP manufacturing operation.
Preferred:
- Experience leading cell/gene therapy manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated deep technical knowledge of facility design and manufacturing operations in a biotech environment.
