About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-10 years of experience as a hands-on mechanical, manufacturing, or design engineer working on manufacturing systems.
- Experience developing new manufacturing processes from a prototype environment to production.
- Experience with complex electromechanical equipment.
- Experience aligning with project stakeholders, engineering designers, and equipment builders.
- Experience with various manufacturing processes (e.g., assembly, fastening, dispensing, laser welding, electrical testing).
