Summary
Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to join their team in Detroit, MI. The role involves developing and launching processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives for various powertrain programs.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer, you will participate in an Engineering team to support Manufacturing Engineering functions across North America. Your responsibilities will include assessing process changes, supporting Non-New Model and New Model programs, implementing Stellantis Production Way methodology, and driving standardization across plants.
About You
Required:
- High school degree or GED and 3 years of experience in engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of advanced problem-solving skills and ability to manage data analysis to identify root causes.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or technical equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 or more years of manufacturing experience, with Powertrain Manufacturing experience a plus.
- 5 or more years’ experience in program management or multi-tasking environment.
