About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics), Engineering (Electronics, Electrical), or a related technical field.
- Experience developing and/or implementing ESD control programs based on industry standards.
- Experience as a hands-on quality, process, or manufacturing engineer in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and 8D).
