- At least 1 - 2 years of engineering experience.
- Relevant experience in a machining environment.
- Expertise in CAD and CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
