About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer III with a chemistry focus, you will bridge chemistry-based process understanding and hands-on manufacturing execution. Your responsibilities will include providing ownership for resin synthesis processes, supporting resin qualification and QC activities, leading NPDI programs, executing process validations, and driving continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or related field required & 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting chemistry-based manufacturing processes.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree & 3+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with automation and PLC-driven manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with resins, polymers, particle-based materials, or chromatography media.
