You will maintain knowledge of operating systems and mechanical equipment, seeking to improve manufacturing processes through awareness of state-of-the-art technology. The position requires effective communication skills and collaboration with various levels within the organization and with external vendors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TS16949 standards.
- Good personal computer and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge in statistical methods, FMEA, Project Management, and APQP.
Preferred:
- Experience with product launch activities.
- Previous work experience in processing aluminum related to welding, vacuum brazing, CAB brazing, and press room operations.
