- 2 - 4 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in sustaining/manufacturing engineering for medical devices.
- Experience with packaging equipment, including automated systems and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Strong skills in nonconformance investigation and root cause analysis.
- Technical writing knowledge.
- Cross-functional communication skills.
