About You
- Knowledgeable of aluminum extrusion, buffing and fabrication tooling and equipment processes.
- Strong technical writing skills for the preparation of quote packages and specifications.
- Strong eye for detail and maintaining exacting standards.
- Ability to provide performance standards, feedback and coaching to teammates and third-party suppliers.
- Knowledgeable of CAD systems/software for product and tool designs.
- Experience with APQP, GD&T, automotive quality and appearance standards, and finishing requirements.
- Strong communication skills, MS Office skills, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years’ experience in engineering in an automotive environment.
