About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing tools for production, setting up equipment for production staff, performing maintenance and quality control tests, creating documentation, troubleshooting production flaws, monitoring systems for efficiency, and providing hands-on support. You will also be expected to stay current on design improvements and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar experience.
- Degree in engineering or relevant experience.
- Computer experience required.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CAD software and ability to interpret drawings.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Mechanical experience.
- Ability to evaluate integrated systems.
- 80% hands-on interaction, 20% office responsibilities.
