About You
- BS or MS in Mechanical, Chemical, Material Science or similar.
- 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and Access.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and autonomous work capabilities.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
- Project leadership and CAD experience.
