- Experience with CAD processes.
- Familiarity with Lean philosophy.
- Ability to utilize computer systems (Email, Internet, Microsoft Word Suite, MRP).
- Knowledge of production and inspection tools and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to change priorities.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning opportunities.
