About the Role
About You
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Strong 2D and 3D CAD design skillset.
- Hands-on knowledge of robotics, vision systems, dispense systems, and conveyance systems.
- Demonstrated experience with 3-phase 480/208 VAC, single-phase 208/120 VAC, and 24 VDC systems.
- Familiarity with AGVs, torque tools, dispense, fluid fill systems, and EOL testing.
- Strong skills in designing jigs, fixtures, and tooling with a focus on safety, DFM, and GD&T.
- Proven problem-solving ability using structured methods like DMAIC, 8D, or 5 Whys.
