About the Role
As the Manufacturing Group Lead- Formulation, you will coordinate the activities of Formulation Operators, ensuring that finished products meet specifications. You will provide oversight for compliance with regulatory guidelines and Simtra Standard Operating Procedures, while fostering a culture of teamwork and quality on the production floor. Responsibilities include preparing media, operating production equipment, monitoring process parameters, and training team members.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Preferred:
- 6 months of previous Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing practices.
