TALENT Software Services is seeking a Manufacturing Issue Management Coordinator to join their team in Toledo, OH. The role involves supporting the launch of new vehicle models and assisting the Manufacturing Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Issue Management Coordinator, you will lead issue discovery and resolution, conduct workshops to address complex issues, and manage daily and weekly issue reviews for project stakeholders. You will also be responsible for preparing agendas and presentations for these reviews.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
- Familiar with the vehicle manufacturing process
- Strong problem solving skills with a tenacious approach to drive issues to closure
- Natural curiosity to understand the causes of issues and learn from past experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, relationship building, and public speaking skills
Preferred:
- Automotive plant experience
- Experience with formal problem solving methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis)
- Project management training or experience
