About You
- Ability to self-sufficiently program, setup, and run 3-axis, 5-axis, and Turning Jobs.
- Knowledge of simultaneous 5-axis toolpath programming.
- Proficient in metrology and inspecting parts for quality assurance.
- Comfortable with Haas control.
- Experience in maintaining relationships with vendors for material, tooling, and service.
- Ability to provide DFM feedback and collaborate with engineers.
- Familiarity with running an ISO-9001 certification process.
- Hands-on experience with line balancing and production to takt.
- Experience setting up a machine shop from scratch.
- Licensed forklift operator.
